Our Story

We tried the hard way first.

We built CODA through struggle. We'd tried injecting peptides — and like a lot of people, we dealt with the burning, the bruising, the downtime. Then we learned we didn't have to. Copper tripeptide-1, the same active, could be applied to the skin as part of a routine you'd actually keep. That's where CODA began.

What we learned about actives

Not every active earns its place by being aggressive. A lot of what feels like "working" in skincare is really irritation — and irritation isn't the same as benefit. Copper tripeptide-1 works differently: it supports the skin's own maintenance signals rather than stripping or forcing it.

Well-conditioned skin, close up

Intentional by design

Actives can work against each other. Stack too many and they clash — competing or canceling each other out, producing routines that overpromise or leave skin raw. We made the opposite decision: one active, and only the ingredients that let it do its job. One helps the peptide reach the layers where it acts, a chelator keeps it stable in the bottle, a gentle preservative system keeps it clean. Every ingredient earns its place. Nothing competes.

Protected, start to finish

An active is only as good as the environment it lives in. Oxygen, light, and time wear a formula down, so the last drop is rarely as good as the first. We protect against that — UV-protective glass and a sealed pump instead of an open dropper — so what you press into your skin on day forty is as intact as it was on day one.

Longevity skincare

We make one product, in small batches, in the United States, and every batch is third-party tested for purity and potency. Longevity isn't the next quick fix or a shelf of products you'll abandon by spring — it's choosing proper science and a reliable system, and staying with it. That's the whole brand. It fits on one shelf, and we stand behind every bottle.
