Returns and Refunds
We take pride in every bottle of The Renewal. If something isn't right, we want to make it right. For you.
Unopened Product Returns
Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be in its original packaging with all seals intact.
To start a return, email support@codaskin.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return. We'll respond within 48 business hours with return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defect).
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Opened or Used Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. This is standard practice across the cosmetics industry.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@codaskin.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace the product or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please first check with your local carrier and neighbors. If the package is confirmed lost, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to resolve.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary by bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days to appear on your statement).
